Actinic Shutter Rebuilding

After extended usage the actinic shutter can malfunction, causing excessive vibration and bounce, which affects alignment accuracy. Faulty shutters can also go out of phase during operation, and allow the stepper to align in white light and expose in green light, ruining your valuable product wafers.

KS Equipment takes your shutter and replaces the position sensors, and bumpers as required. We align the motor shaft to the shutter blade, then mount, set up, and test the assembly on an actual stepper. This assures that the reworked shutter bolts right up to your stepper without the need for excessive optical alignments, or shutter driver box adjustments.

We will replace the motor, or shutter filter as required. Our repair price is all-inclusive.
